For homeowners to access the meeting minutes, click on the envelope with a circle around it that says “Pay HOA Dues Online” The page will say HOMEOWNER WEB ACCESS and ask for a Username and Password, the first time you visit this page, you will want to click on “Sign Up” at the bottom of the box. You will need your email address in our system so it will be recognized. Your account number is on your Customer Statement. You will fill in your name and phone number on this page as well. Then click on the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the box.

Approved Paint Colors

Pre-approved paints and colors for the masonry house separation walls, masonry perimeter walls and metal fencing.

There are two types of recommended Dunn Edwards masonry paint formulas. One is acrylic and the other is elastomeric. They are the same color. Elastomeric has been recommended to help cover future cracking. Remember to get ACC approval before starting your painting project.
