By allowing us to care for and completely manage your property, our services will take the worry out of property management for you and our staff can more efficiently focus on your individual property needs.

Our unique qualifications, integrity, reputation and experience have been recognized throughout the professional property management industry.  Our financial controls and operating procedures are based upon a computer software system that is specifically designed to safeguard the funds of each property and every client.

This professional management fee is all inclusive for all of our professional management services.  Please be assured that Preferred Property Management does not have any hidden costs or expenses.  Keep in mind that you only pay a management fee if the property is rented and we collect the rent.   

Usually, our company can rent your property for a higher amount than you can as an individual and we also can rent your property faster because of our high volume of traffic and our vast amount of advertising.  These two factors alone will more than pay for our management fee.  So, essentially our management services are no cost to you at all.  We are able to accomplish this because our company maintains the largest advertisements in all four phone books, For Rent Magazine, Pioneer Shopper, The Spectrum Newspaper, Internet, Chamber of Commerce, property listings around town and placing a sign on the property.
