Preferred Property Management, Inc. was founded in 1985 to provide professional property management services for residential rental properties, home owner associations, commercial properties and individual investors of income properties.  Since that time, the company has steadily grown and has an established reputation for superior quality. 

Preferred Property Management is continually recognized for its high standard of professionalism, leadership within the industry and compliance with stringent requirements for operation and financial reliability.  Preferred Property Management is licensed through the State of Utah, Department of Commerce, and Division of Real Estate.  As members of the Utah Apartment Association, Community Association Institute and the Chamber of Commerce, we keep our pulse on the market and current trends.   

The employees of Preferred Property Management have professional management experience unsurpassed by anyone in the industry here in Southern Utah.  Our combined expertise and practical "hands on" experience has continued to grow and has now expanded to over 40 years of valuable experience.
