<strong>Preferred Property Management, Inc.</strong> was founded in 1985 to provide professional property management services for residential rental properties, home owner associations, commercial properties and individual investors of income properties.  Since that time, the company has steadily grown and has an established reputation for superior quality.

Preferred Property Management is continually recognized for its high standard of professionalism, leadership within the industry and compliance with stringent requirements for operation and financial reliability.  Preferred Property Management is licensed through the State of Utah, Department of Commerce, and Division of Real Estate.  As members of the Utah Apartment Association, Community Association Institute and the Chamber of Commerce, we keep our pulse on the market and current trends.

This professional management fee is all inclusive for all of our professional management services.  Please be assured that Preferred Property Management does not have any hidden costs or expenses.  Keep in mind that you only pay a management fee if the property is rented and we collect the rent.

Usually, our company can rent your property for a higher amount than you can as an individual and we also can rent your property faster because of our high volume of traffic and our vast amount of advertising.  These two factors alone will more than pay for our management fee.  So, essentially our management services are no cost to you at all.  We are able to accomplish this because our company maintains the largest advertisements in all four phone books, For Rent Magazine, Pioneer Shopper, The Spectrum Newspaper, Internet, Chamber of Commerce, property listings around town and placing a sign on the property.
